Aquatics Policy

425 Fitness is a Fitness Club – not an Aquatics Center.
Membership is required for any swim lessons.

If a lesson is missed you are still charged the full total – 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a swim lesson without penalty.

No refunds, unless 425 Fitness is at fault.

All swimmers and parents must abide by all pre-existing 425 Fitness policies.

All swimmers and parents need to check in at the front desk.

Poor behavior from swimmer or parent will result in removal of all lessons.

Group Lessons must meet minimum participants or will be cancelled.

If on a waitlist for a swim instructor you can freeze your membership (see rules on freezes) but membership must be active to be matched to an instructor.  We will give approximate wait times to find an instructor.

Please note that many of the instructors are in school and as such we do have variations in availability during the Fall, December Holidays and Summer periods.

425 Fitness runs private swim lessons on a continuous, weekly basis. This means that there is no set duration for the span of lessons. Sessions will only end when the member or instructor decides to stop. Expect all lessons to occur each week at the predetermined time.
