Q: DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK TO WORKOUT?
Per state guidelines, members need to wear face coverings when inside fitness facilities at ALL TIMES.
Q: WHY ARE SOME AMENITIES NOT AVAILABLE?

Q: DO I NEED TO RESERVE A WORKOUT TIME?
We are watching our numbers and and will enact reservations for “Gym Time” when clubs are closer to hitting the 25% capacity limit. You will need to set up an account at www.myiclubonline.com If you don’t know your membership number please email customercare@abcfinancial.com, request it at front desk, or email club. From myiclubonline you will pick “classes” and see the options for reserving gym time. If you do not have a reservation you may be asked to wait outside for someone to exit the club. We will be asking members to check-in AND check-out of the club each visit. Allow for a few minutes to be properly checked-in to the club upon arrival.  Reservation times will open 24 hours in advance.
Q: IS THE POOL OPEN?
Both Redmond and Issaquah will have lap swim available for swimmers 18+. Reservations will be required via myiclubonline. We can have 5 swimmers per hour in the pool.
Q: IS THERE A TIME LIMIT ON WORKOUTS?
We are requesting that members limit their workout to 60 minutes or less
Q: IS THERE KIDS KLUB?
Per the state we are unable to open Kids Klub at this time. If you have monthly billing for this service that billing is still suspended.
Q: HOW WILL YOU TRACK HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN THE CLUB?
Members will check-in by scanning their membership card when they arrive and check-out by scanning their card as they leave.
Our software tracks the number of members in the club at any given time.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CLUB IS AT CAPACITY WHEN I ARRIVE?
We will be tracking the number of members in the club and should we meet our capacity, we would then ask members to remain outside and enter in the order of arrival, as members exit the club.
Q: HOW ARE YOU ENFORCING THE NEW STATE MANDATED MEMBER DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS?
We have spaced out our equipment and limited our capacity. We are relying on our community of members to space themselves appropriately and work together so we may remain open.

Q: HOW DO I PURCHASE OR USE MY PERSONAL TRAINING?
You may purchase personal training at the club; ask staff for details. If you need to schedule personal training, contact the staff to get scheduled.
