October ‘21 Update
Hello 425 Fitness Members!
It’s been a crazy year and a half – thank you to all of you who have stuck with us and welcome to all our new members. We have several things happening in the clubs and wanted to make sure you were informed on all.
For our Redmond and Issaquah members:
Effective October 25th, King County is enacting a vaccine order which states a person must be fully vaccinated or have a negative PCR test within 72 hours to enter businesses.
According to the order – we cannot scrutinize proof of vaccination or test results. For ease take a picture of your proof (card, QR code, results) and show to the front desk.
We will not be keeping copies but will add a note on your account so when you check-in you are verified and do not have to stop every time you come into the clubs. It’s a quick process. https://kingcounty.gov/elected/executive/constantine/news/release/2021/September/~/media/depts/health/communicable-diseases/documents/C19/LHO-proof-of-vaccination.ashx
If you would like to stop by the front desk prior to the 25th we can flag your account now as set to enter. Masks are still required by the state regardless of vaccination – even after the 25th.
For all Clubs:
This week you’ll see new dumbbells in the clubs – the exchange is happening on Tuesday at all three locations. We have a new member portal – www.myiclubonline.com Here you can update billing, download receipts, find policies on freezes, and check on your membership. Register today!
Group X enthusiasts Les Mills LAUNCH is happening the week of October 17th – come join our instructors as they release new moves and music and have some fun in the mix as well. Each day will have a different theme:
Sunday, October 17th: Funky-punky hair
Monday, October 18th: Mask madness
Tuesday, October 19th: Tropical Tuesday
Wednesday, October 20th: (Pumpkin) Spice Girl/Boy
Thursday, October 21st: Mismatch fashion
Friday, October 22nd: Blue Friday
Saturday, October 23rd: Silly socks
During that week members are also able to bring a guest for free! One guest per member per day.
We know these are polarizing times – we are asking that you take that into consideration when coming into the club. We’ve always believed that exercise and fitness was vital for overall physical and mental health – lets continue to treat everyone (staff AND members) with kindness and empathy.

If you still have questions, reach out to your home club! Currently the portal will not allow you to freeze your membership – you must email your home club to freeze your account. Accounts can only be held from invoice date to invoice date; minimum of 1 and maximum of 4 and has an associated charge based on club location.
State Mask Mandate
Gov. Inslee announced a statewide indoor mask mandate starting Monday, August 23rd. All members need to wear a mask while in the club. No reservations are needed and there are no spacing limitations. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
