FREEZE POLICY

 MEMBERSHIPS

• Freezes are allowed for any reason
• A minimum of ONE month is required and a maximum of 4 months is allowed – you must have a complete billing cycle before requesting an additional freeze period. Memberships will start automatically after freeze ends or if you return to the clubs early
• Each member MUST fill out a Freeze Request Form Individually if a freeze is needed
• There is a $6.99 charge for Bothell / $9.99 charge for Redmond and Issaquah plus tax per month during the months you have frozen. Club enhancement fees will still be billed as scheduled
• Membership dues will be prorated for partial months, full months incur a hold charge
• If your membership agreement is on draft, the payments will be drafted automatically
• Freezes cannot be backdated
• All accounts must be current for freezes to process
• Allow 2-3 business days for all freeze processing
• An email will be sent confirming the freeze; please check your junk folder
• If returning early, stop at the front desk to reactivate your account

PERSONAL TRAINING

• PT freezes can only be held in monthly increments
• Accounts will automatically resume full pricing on the next billing date when freezes end
• All accounts must be current for freezes to process
