If you haven’t looked at our Social Pages or our BLOG we’ve been routinely posting a variety of workouts – from coach-led Zoom calls, to Yoga classes, Cycle classes and exercises you can do from home. All from our coaches and instructors donating their time to keep everyone healthy.
This week we wanted to also let you know about three new ways to keep fit:
We’ve recently partnered with TechnoGym to release an app of workouts. Each day there is a different workout that you can do from home – with levels ranging from Easy to Pro. There is also a featured workout on stretches you can do for your whole body. The Workouts will be available until the end of May.

Les Mills has been a partner with us for over a decade. They’ve offered to open their library of classes for free until the end of May. Classes include BodyPump, BodyAttack, BodyCombat, BodyFlow and more. Previously we had access to a smaller content of classes – that has now opened up to more options. After initial sign-up it can take up to 24 hours to receive your activation email:
We are also pleased to be able to offer several classes designed by Silver Sneakers. If you head to their Facebook page they have a weekly schedule of classes ranging from chair exercises, strength and balance, and great articles to improve your overall health.

Wednesday, 4/1: Body Weight Exercises—There are so many exercises you can do with just your body weight. These exercises will help your whole body increase endurance and strength.
Thursday, 4/2: Balance & Flexibility—Awesome combination! Balance exercises can help boost your strength, stability, and body awareness. Plus, they help reduce your risk of falling. Flexibility exercises can help improve posture and reduce stiffness.
Friday, 4/3: Friday Mixer—Friday is for having fun! Enjoy a mix of your favorite exercises from the week. Make sure you comment on what you like, so you can see your favorite exercise featured.
